Today was a very long day of travel!  We spent most of it sitting on a bus, then a plane, then a long (and lost) bus ride again, and all were tired by the time we arrived at the University of Kent.  No worries, though, our students were troopers, and it was all worth it!

The day was ended with a good dinner and short stroll through the town of Canterbury.  Everyone got a chance to unpack and get ready for our first day in London tomorrow.  We will do a good deal of sightseeing followed by a performance at Exhibition Road, right next to the Olympic Park.  Can't wait!

Additionally, the internet is a little more cooperative in some places here than in Ireland, so we were able to re-post all of the pictures from yesterday as a slideshow, as well as add a few more.  Check out the photo page!  Tomorrow, we should be able to add many more, as well as attempt to post some video.  We will do our best.  Look out, London, here we come!

PS: Here is a link to video from yesterday's concert at Saint Patrick's Cathedral:

Another great day on the Emerald Isle!  The kids got to do some sightseeing in the morning, then performed at the beautiful, inspirational Saint Patrick's Cathedral.  Passersby asked if they were the official Saint Patrick's choir?  They sure could be! All were amazing and parents were so proud.  Following the performance, we toured Trinity College and ate a meal of authentic Irish Stew.
A few pictures are posted on the photo section of this site.  Click on the top picture on the photo page to see the slide show.  Not missing home yet- off to London tomorrow!

Well, we have arrived across the pond!  All are excited and exhausted, simultaneously!  Today was a day of travel, a bit of sightseeing, and some souvenir shopping.  We all need a good night's rest as our first performance is tomorrow at Saint Patrick's Cathedral.  There is a possibility of rain, but we saw two leprechauns today, so we are feeling lucky.   Much more to come
tomorrow when we are all well rested!
